What we are doing:
Offering Contact-Free Rental Options

Customers can easily complete the rental process online or over the phone and gain access to their storage unit without the need to visit the office or sign paperwork in person.

Practicing & Enforcing Social Distancing

We have posted signage to remind all of us to maintain 6 feet of social distancing. We are limiting the number of customers in the office. If customers are in the office with others in their party, we ask that they help us practice social distancing and remain outside the office.

Wearing Masks & Sanitizing

We have evolved our policy on face coverings from optional to mandatory as public health guidance has shifted.

Washing hands with soap and water is still the best way to protect teammates and others from getting sick. We ask them to wash their hands frequently throughout the day.
